Elder Care Attorney Cathy Sikorski on Friday Happy Hour

Cathy Sikorski (2)You loved her info and humor the last time, so I invited Elder Care Attorney Cathy Sikorski to come back to Happy Hour. This time we’re talking about new laws for Power of Attorney, Long Term Care Insurance and something called Filial Support – about how a nursing home can make you responsible for your parent’s bill. Also, it’s Medicare Open Enrollment Period. If you’re like me, you have no idea what that means for your parents. But, if your parents need to make a change and don’t, it could have a huge impact on their finances (and maybe yours!).If you’re dealing with a aging parent or spouse, and want me to ask Cathy something (and you don’t want to call on air), send me your questions and I’ll ask: Annmarie@VictoriousWoman.com

Tune into Friday Happy Hour at 3pm on AM radio 1520. You can also listen online at www.WCHE1520.com.

What are the Maine Diaries?

The Maine Diaries is a fun look at my annual adventure to New England where I unwind from normal life and reconnect with myself.

I was captivated by the Maine Coast on my first trip there in the late 90’s. In the years since, I’ve traveled up and down the coast from Kittery to Calais but I spend most of my Maine time Downeast. I love the adventures I have and the chance to unwind from the world and restore my inner clarity. I chronicle my experiences in The Maine Diaries.
