Ruth Soukup came to Happy Hour today and had great tips, from her new book, Unstuffed,  for getting our lives in better order – body, mind and spirit.
Ruth started writing Living Well Spending Less in 2010 because her spending habits had become so out-of-control that her marriage was in big trouble.  She desperately needed to find a way to hold herself accountable, and writing about her challenges with living well on a budget really helped.
We still have a few tickets left for The Victorious Woman Celebration, The Girlfriend Gala. Here’s info about the party: The Girlfriend Gala and here’s how to register: Get Tickets
My quote for you came from Little House on the Prairie’s Laura Inglas Wilder:

It is the simple things of life that make living worthwhile,
the sweet fundamental things,
like love and duty, work and rest,
living close to nature.”
