Carolyn Flood on Happy Hour Radio October 3 to Discuss Mental Health

carolynFloodNext week is Mental Health Awareness Week and I invited Carolyn Flood to Happy Hour to talk about this taboo topic. Carolyn is a licensed professional counselor who practices with a non-profit Mental Health agency in Phoenixville, PA and in her private practice in Malvern, PA. She works with individuals, couples and families who are dealing with any number of issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, health issues, marital issues, physical impairments and other challenges.  Carolyn uses cognitive therapy with a Person Centered approach to offer people a safe and accepting environment where they can talk about anything without fear of judgment.

The Maine Diaries is a fun look at my annual adventure to New England where I unwind from normal life and reconnect with myself.

I was captivated by the Maine Coast on my first trip there in the late 90’s. In the years since, I’ve traveled up and down the coast from Kittery to Calais but I spend most of my Maine time Downeast.
