Finding yourself in midlife
Today’s Guest, Debra Wallace Foreman, has quite an interesting story. It’s one thing to discover your child has autism. But it’s a whole other story to suddenly find yourself – in midlife – being the single mom of an autistic child. Thanks to Deborah for sharing her story and thanks to her friend and mentor, Linda Kuepper, for joining us for Chick Chat. If you want more information, check out Linda’s website: Autism Cares Foundation
I took some great pix of the National Shrine in DC.

Where is Spring?
I think Mother Nature forgot that it’s APRIL and we should be having spring. Today’s quote, from poet Sara Teasdale, is my expression of that frustration…and I’m being nice… 😉
A hush is over everything,
Silent as women wait for love;
The world is waiting for the spring.”
